Terms of sale

These terms apply to buying a promoted launch on lansirano.com. The seller is Devisium d.o.o. (company details), email hello@lansirano.com. The terms of use apply as well.

The service

A promoted launch lasts 7 days and includes:

• the top spot on the lansirano.com home page,
• a slot in the Friday newsletters that go out during that time,
• a post on the lansirano.com social accounts,
• the Promoted tag on the app's card and page.

A promotion can be bought by the maker of an app that has a launch day or has already launched. It starts on launch day, or right after payment if the app is already on the home page; if another promotion is running, it starts after that one. You see the start and end dates before paying, and we confirm them by email after payment.

Price and payment

The price is €99.90 for 7 days. It is final and includes any VAT. You pay when ordering, by card or another method Stripe offers. We never see your card details; the payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited.

The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds. Devisium d.o.o. issues the invoice from the details you enter when paying and emails it to you within a few working days.

Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, by telling us at hello@lansirano.com.

Because a promotion can start right away, before paying you expressly request that it starts before the withdrawal period ends. If you withdraw while the promotion is running, we refund the payment minus a proportionate amount for the days it has already run. Once the promotion has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. If the promotion has not started yet, we refund the full payment.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, by the same means you paid with.

If we don't deliver

If we decline or remove the app before the promotion starts, or cannot run the promotion for another reason, we refund the full payment. If the promotion is interrupted through our fault, we refund a proportionate amount.

If we remove the app during the promotion because it breaks the terms of use, the promotion ends. In that case we do not refund the payment, except where the law requires it.

Complaints and disputes

If the service was not delivered as described, write to hello@lansirano.com. We reply within 8 days and try to settle any dispute by agreement. Devisium d.o.o. does not recognise any alternative dispute resolution provider as competent for disputes with consumers.

Governing law

The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Consumers keep the protection given by the law of the country where they live.
