These terms apply to the use of lansirano.com, run by Devisium d.o.o. (company details). By using the site and signing in you accept them. Paid promotions are also covered by the terms of sale, and personal data by the privacy policy.

What Lansirano is

On lansirano.com, makers from the region present their apps, and visitors discover them, vote for them and comment on them. Using the site is free; only promotions are paid.

Account

You need an account to vote, comment, launch and claim. You sign in with a link or code sent to your email address, or with Google.
The site is for people aged 16 or over.
An account is its holder's responsibility. Don't share access, and don't create several accounts to get around limits or to vote more than once.
We delete your account on request, sent to hello@lansirano.com.

Launching apps

You may launch an app that is yours or that you are allowed to present. The details must be true and not misleading.
We review submissions and pick their launch day. We may decline a submission or remove a published app, in particular when it breaks these terms or the law. There is no right to a particular launch day or position in a list.
To show your app on the site, in the newsletter and on our social accounts, you give us a free, non-exclusive permission to use its details, logo and screenshots for as long as it is listed. The rights in that content stay yours.
Apps we added ourselves can be claimed by their owner with an email address at the app's domain. Claiming with someone else's address or by deception is not allowed, and such a claim is reversed.

Votes

One account has one vote per app. Buying votes, voting with several accounts, automated voting and similar tricks are not allowed. We remove such votes and may exclude the app from the launch of the week.

Comments and other content

Comments, descriptions and profiles must not contain illegal content, hate speech, harassment, advertising unrelated to the app, or other people's personal data. You are responsible for the content you publish.

Reporting illegal content and moderation

Report content you believe is illegal or breaks these terms to hello@lansirano.com. Include a link to the content, why you believe it is illegal, and your name and email address. We review reports by hand and without undue delay.

If we remove or restrict content, we tell its author why and how to appeal. Appeals go to the same address and are reviewed again. This address is also our point of contact for users and authorities under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), in Slovenian and English.

Badge

Makers may use the "Launched on lansirano" badge and the launch of the week badge on their own sites as described on the app page: unaltered, and linking to the app's page. Any other use of the Lansirano brand needs our permission.

We send the Friday newsletter only to subscribers who confirmed their subscription. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.

Liability

Apps and their descriptions are published by their makers. We do not vouch for them and are not responsible for the apps or the sites links lead to. We provide the site as it is and work to keep it running without interruption. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows; the limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and it does not affect consumer rights.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; a new version applies from its publication on this page, and we tell signed-up users about substantial changes by email. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, and disputes go to the competent court at the registered seat of Devisium d.o.o. Consumers keep the protection given by the law of the country where they live.
